Little wonder then that Naples, full of passion and secrets, is carpeted with song, with great singers and orchestras, and with the drift of the mandolin, of the saxophone and of jazz.

Is lapiazzaincantata an annual event? Does it always occur in April?

This was a ‘one off’ I think. It was a bold, hopeful event that got rained on just as the cameras moved in at the end of a full day of rehearsal. I’m not sure what they will have planned for the piazza this April but I’m sure there will be some events on. Well worth asking at the time.
