There is warmth and new green in the south this weekend. The trees are fresh-leafed, there are bluebells in the woods, and there’s blossom on the verges … it’s beautiful.
And, of course, there are chocolate eggs … but not like in Naples, Italy.
Here is a photographic farewell to Easter eggs in Naples – a tip of the hat to Gay-Odin whose chocolate eggs are works of art …
… with the occasional egg big enough to be a billboard.
I remember them well …
Happy Easter – wherever you are, and however you celebrate the holiday.

It is lovely to be back Lyn, especially with sunshine around Easter. I think I’m more aware of what we have thanks to the travelling … and always grateful for the excitement of being away to balance against the pleasure of being back.

I could not have said it better. I am so much more aware and appreciative thanks to my travels and even more so since writing my blog.

Apologies Lyn – I’ve just seen this comment – thank you. I am happy to be home but feel richer for two years in Italy!
